Usha Khadgi became Miss Nepal 2000

Usha Khadgi, 20, of Birgunj was declared Miss Nepal 2000 in a final contest Wednesday evening. She is to participate in the Miss World contest to be held in London this December.
Usha Khadgi also won Miss Talent title.
Similarly, Biva Ranjit was declared first runner up to take part in Miss Asia contest in Philippines in December this year. Biva Ranjit, 22, also walked away with the Miss Personality award of this year.
Another winner is Jasmin Shrestha, who was declared second runner up, while Malika Pradhan and Smirti Singh won Miss Photogenic and Miss Best Dress.
Last year’s Miss Nepal Sweta Singh presented the crown of Miss Nepal to Khadgi.
